Welcome to dallasbakery.com (the "Site"), operated by Dallas Bakery, a trade name of Sweet Tooth Station LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

## Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you're at least 18 and that all information you provide (your name, address, payment information) is accurate.

You agree to use the Site lawfully — no fraud, no scraping or copying our content, no attempts to disrupt the Site or extract data you're not authorized to access.

## Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy our products at the listed price. We accept the order when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the payment in full.

## Pricing

Prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

We do our best to display product photos, descriptions, and ingredient information accurately, but we don't guarantee perfect color reproduction across all screens, and minor variations between what you see online and what you receive can happen.

The Site, our recipes, our photographs, and our brand name are our property. Don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.

## Site Availability

We provide the Site "as is." We don't guarantee the Site will be available without interruption, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations. We may take the Site down for maintenance or updates without notice.

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dallas Bakery and Sweet Tooth Station LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. If we are found liable, our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

This doesn't limit liability for things that can't be limited under Texas law, including gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
