Refund policy

For food safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

That said, we stand behind what we send. If your package never arrived, arrived damaged in transit, or contained the wrong items, contact us at sales@dallasbakery.com or (469) 399-0505 within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please don't ship anything back — for food safety reasons, dispose of any affected items rather than returning them.
