We ship our flatbread across the United States. This policy explains how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where We Ship
We ship to all states in the contiguous United States (lower 48). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
How We Ship
We use UPS Ground for all orders. Each order is packaged for transit and shipped from our bakery at 2643 Manana Drive, Dallas, TX 75220.
When Your Order Arrives
We bake fresh, then ship — most orders arrive within 1–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way. UPS times can shift slightly during holidays or weather disruptions.
Shipping Cost
The price you see includes shipping. There's no separate shipping charge, and nothing is added at checkout — one price, known up front.
Freshness
Our flatbread has a 14-day shelf life at room temperature — no refrigeration needed during shipping or at home. We bake to order, so the bread that arrives at your door is fresh. For longer storage, you can freeze our products and reheat them in the oven or toaster to bring back the texture.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also reach us at sales@dallasbakery.com if you can't find the email or want a status update.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your package is delayed, never arrives, or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@dallasbakery.com or (469) 399-0505 within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Full details in our Return and Refund Policy.
